- Continue to have a major gap both Garda Vetting and Child Safeguarding Training Level 1
- These are mandatory for ALL COACHES and anyone that may be supporting the younger teams
- Action plan and identification of all people that need trained and dates/times of when this will be closed is required

- Review of 2023/24 Finances – Operational Costs vs 2025 Projected Costs vs Income

- 2025 Team Entertainment Budget – Propose €250 pre-approved Budget for ALL Teams
- Review of 2023/24 Expenses revealed an imbalance on entertainment spend
- To provide equity and for club/team building, suggest that ALL Teams will be given a €250 per year budget that they can spend on team event(s).
- This does not include special events such as Winner Competitions or Xmas/Halloween etc.
- These expenses can be obtained via a new Robert Emmets Expense form

- Provide Coaches Jacket for ALL Managers & Coaches across the club so everyone looks the same

- This jacket will be FREE to all registered Coaches (Non Playing Member/Player)
- U12s Boys Football – €500 Donation from March
- Request from donor that this money is a contribution towards half zip or similar for U12s (Paul Tully’s team)
- Note 1: Assist teams with purchases to remove duplication of effort and misaligned branding
- Note 2: Kit purchasing should pass via the club accounts to capture fundraising/cash flow and for compliance
